1. General Policy and Discretion
All sales are final. Holistic Lifestyle Center & Cafe reserves the absolute right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a refund request will be considered, reviewed, or granted. The submission of a request does not guarantee a refund, credit, or exchange.
2. Eligibility Requirements for Consideration
For a request to be even considered for review, the following conditions must be met:

Cafe Products: Issues with food or beverage items must be brought to our attention immediately at the time of purchase or consumption.

Services & Workshops: Cancellations for sessions or events generally require at least 48 hours' notice to be eligible for a review regarding potential credit.

Retreats & Specialized Events: Due to the advanced planning and overhead involved, these are typically non-refundable unless specified otherwise in a separate event agreement.

Retail Goods: Any non-perishable retail items must be returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days of purchase.
3. Review Process
If management decides to move forward with a review of your request, please be advised that:

Management will take up to 30 business days from the date of the formal request to evaluate the circumstances and determine an outcome.

Outcomes may include a full refund, partial refund, store credit, or a denial of the request.
