Yoga, Meditation and Life Mastery Class Sign-Up
 

Secure your spot in one of our Yoga Mediation or Life Mastery offerings with our highly trained instructors.   All of our offerings our brought to you by Soul Medicine Inc, our 501c3 dedicated to holistic wellness education and community service.    Each class offers allows you to drop in when ever you like or purchase a package or plan a become a regular part of our community.  Be sure to check out our Packages and Plans Here, or when at check out.   We are happy to be able to offer unlimited online slots but registration is limited for In Person classes, so make sure you sign up even if you have a multi class package or plan to ensure you are able to attend with a zoom link or reservation. Yin Yoga

Experience a deeply restorative practice that focuses on the body's connective tissues through passive, long-held floor poses. This meditative approach encourages physical flexibility while providing a quiet space for nervous system regulation and inner stillness.  Classes taught by Ryan.

Yoga & Meditation Combo

This holistic session blends the physical benefits of movement with the restorative power of focused stillness to treat the whole person. By integrating active poses with guided meditation, you will leave feeling physically refreshed and mentally balanced.  Taught and Guided by Avani.
