Co-Founder, Holistic Lifestyle Center
Avani Jaya is a nervous system restoration specialist and retreat facilitator devoted to helping high-capacity women move from chronic stress into embodied clarity.
As co-founder of the Holistic Lifestyle Center, her work bridges science-informed regulation practices with grounded feminine reclamation. She integrates brainwave entrainment principles, somatic nervous system education, counseling-based integration frameworks, and breath-led movement practices to support sustainable recalibration.
Her teaching is not performance-based. It is regulation-based.
Drawing from:
• Nervous-system-informed movement (restorative, somatic, and breath-led sequencing)
• Brainwave entrainment principles for stress regulation
• Trauma-informed facilitation
• Counseling frameworks for emotional integration
• Guided breathwork and embodied awareness practices

Frequently Asked Questions
Where is the retreat located? The retreat is held at a private, high-end mountain estate in Blue Ridge, Georgia. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive the exact address and a detailed "Welcome Home" guide with arrival instructions.
Which airport should I fly into? The closest major airport is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), which is approximately 1 hr and 50 minutes from the lodge depending on traffic. We recommend landing no later than 1:00 PM on Friday, May 8th, to ensure a relaxed drive to the mountains. The Chattanooga, Tennessee Airport is 1 hour and 47 minutes from the lodge.
Is transportation provided? Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the lodge. Many women choose to rent a car or coordinate with other attendees for a shared car service. Once the group is finalized, we can help facilitate introductions if you'd like to coordinate rides.
What should I pack? Think "Mountain Chic meets Somatic Comfort."
Movement: Comfortable leggings or joggers for yoga and breathwork. A swimsuit for the pool and hot tube.
Nature: Sturdy walking shoes or hiking boots for trail time.
Evening: Layers! Even in May, mountain evenings can be crisp. Bring a cozy sweater or wrap for fireside circles.
Essentials: A journal, a reusable water bottle, and an open heart.
Do I need to be "good" at yoga? Not at all. This is not an athletic or performance-based retreat. Our sessions are regulation-based, focusing on restorative poses and somatic movements designed to soothe the nervous system. Whether you have practiced for ten years or never stepped on a mat, you will be fully supported.
I have specific dietary restrictions. Can Scout accommodate me? Absolutely. Scout is a Master of Holistic Nutrition and specializes in therapeutic meal design. Our menu is naturally organic and anti-inflammatory. Upon registration, you will receive a guest intake form where you can list any allergies or specific sensitivities (Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Vegan, etc.).
Is there cell service or Wi-Fi? While the lodge is equipped with Wi-Fi, we invite you to participate in a "Digital Down-Regulation." We encourage guests to keep phones tucked away to allow the nervous system to fully unhook from the digital buzz. However, we will provide an emergency contact number for you to give to your family.
