All sales are final. Holistic Lifestyle Center & Cafe does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All refunds and credits strictly adhere to the guidelines outlined below.

2. Policy Guidelines

• Cafe Products: Issues with food or beverage items must be brought to our attention immediately at the time of purchase or during in-cafe consumption.

• Center Sessions: Cancellations for individual sessions require at least 48 hours’ notice to be eligible for potential credit.

• Events & Retreats: Due to advanced planning and overhead, all event and retreat registrations are strictly non-refundable.

• Retail Goods: All retail purchases are final sale. No refunds or returns are available for retail items.
