Our virtual sessions utilize the same evidence-based frameworks we use in-person to help you identify "stress triggers" and develop a customized toolkit for emotional regulation. This is an ideal solution for high-performing professionals and individuals in transition who require a high level of discretion and professional insight, regardless of their physical location.

Our Methodology: A Trauma-Informed Approach

Our counseling methodology is deeply rooted in trauma-informed care and the science of the nervous system. We move away from traditional clinical labels to focus on the practical application of wellness. Central to our work is the concept of the "Window of Tolerance." For virtual clients, this means you can bridge your life coaching sessions with Virtual or In-person Nutritional Consultations led by Alisha "Scout" O'Brian. This ensures that as you do the mental work of regulation, your body is receiving the bio-available nutrients necessary to sustain those changes. For local clients, these services can be further enhanced with in-person tools like Ionic Foot Detox or Live Blood Cell Analysis.
